Support for additional field on login page

I've read through many threads on this but am unable to make it work. The login form for this site:

https://secure.nsandi.com/thc/policyenforcer/pages/loginB2C.jsf

Requires my "surname" as an additional field. I have tried adding the field using the name "j_username_pwd", and "updating" the saved entry after filling in my details by clicking "Save in 1Password", but the surname field is still not auto-filled. Does anyone have a solution?

    That's great to hear. Thanks!

I'm happy that Steph's suggestion worked. I've filed an internal issue to have our team investigate this further. 🙂

Thanks. That worked! I had already tried your suggestion, but I was "updating" my existing entry and it didn't work.

I archived my existing config, and created a new record and now auto-fill works.

Any ideas why it wouldn't update? Is this a bug I should report?

  • Hey @danieljamesscott,

I have done some testing on this page and found I was able to fill all three fields after manually saving my login. Here are the steps I took:

    1. Go to the log in page
    2. Manually enter your log in details but don't click enter or sign in.
    3. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Save Login'
    4. Give it a title and click Save.
    5. Now refresh the page and see if you are able to fill.

Let us know how you get on!
