Synchronisation between 1P App and Safari Extension

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing delays when making changes to items on your devices. A delay of several minutes certainly doesn't sound right. The first step will be to see where the delay is happening: with the 1Password app or 1Password in the browser. Can you please try this test:

  1. Edit an item using the 1Password desktop app and make sure that you don't see the change in 1Password in the browser. Do you see the change when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
  2. Edit an item using 1Password in the browser and make sure that you don't see the change in the 1Password desktop app. Do you see the change when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
