I'm sorry that Universal Autofill isn't working on your Mac. As a first step, can you double-check that everything is still setup correctly in macOS Settings: Use Universal Autofill in apps and browsers on your Mac- Set up Universal Autofill

If that doesn't work then I see that you've also opened a support ticket via email. One of my colleagues will send you a reply as soon as possible. To avoid having the same conversation in two places at once, I'm closing this thread.
