Unlocking 1Password Browser Extension Doesn't Unlock the Main App (or Quick Access)

I think this wasn't like this before... Latest 1Password 8 on Mac (on latest Ventura). I use Firefox. When I unlock 1Password in Firefox first, it does not unlock the actual 1Password app or...

I have the same issue. Click the 1password extension in Firefox and it lets me type my password but then when i hit enter, it doesnt unlock. I go the the actual 1password app and can unlock it which also unlocks the firefox extension in the browser.

It started happening around the same time as OP. Is there something else I can do to resolve this?
I've also tried using the Chrome extension when 1Password is locked and that works as intended so assume the issue lies with Firefox.

Extension Version: 2.11.0
OS Version: 13.4.1
Browser: Firefox 115.0.2
