Very few user/pwds prefill when I login to protected sites…

I click on a website link open the login link click in Username - I do not get a 1Password link to populate the User/Pwd info… 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided...

Hi @Goober212 , I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing trouble with autofill.

Can you confirm what happens when you click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar while on the login page for one of your websites? Additionally, can you confirm that "Offer to fill and save passwords" has been enabled on in your 1Password extension's Autofill settings? Here's how to check:

  1. Right-click on the 1Password icon in the browser's toolbar and select "Settings".
  2. Scroll down to the Autofill section and ensure "Offer to fill and save passwords" is toggled on.
  3. If you'd like the suggestions to automatically appear when the field is in focus you can also toggle on "Show autofill menu on field focus".
