Thank for your message. I'm sorry to hear of the troubles you've unsecured items get out of sync when fixing one previously.

It's sounds like you may be working with 1Password 8 for iOS on an iPad. Could you confirm?

We're also seeing similar issues with Watchtower and we're tracking a (possibly) related issue where general search results are not reflecting correctly after edits are made. Are you noticing anything similar when editing items and viewing the searched results, outside of Watchtower?
