Website autofill not working in Czech Fine in English

Hi

One of my websites fails to autofill the username when set to the Czech language but works fine in the English version of the site. The password field autofills without trouble in both.

Hey there wigster, thank you for reaching out.

I've done some testing on my end and have been able to recreate the same behaviour.

I reviewed the website's page structure and noticed that the username field is labeled as "name", which is why 1Password in the browser is offering to autofill an Identity item instead. I created an issue for our development team to look further into this and determine if we can make any adjustments to 1Password for this specific page.

In the meantime, I was able to autofill the username by adding a custom field to the Login item. Here's how:

    1. Open 1Password, locate your Login item and click "Edit".
    2. Click "+ add more" and select "text".
    3. Change the title from "text" to "Uživatelské jméno". Click "Save". Here's a screenshot for reference:

Once that's done, navigate back to the website, click in the password field and select your Login item to autofill.

Let me know how that goes.
