Where did "app://com.agilebits.onepassword7" password come from

I'v been cleaning up entries and found this password (with the key symbol) with app://com/agilebitss.onepassword7". What generated this? It doesn't look like it's used. 1Password Version: 7.9....

That would be a Password item that the Password Generator in the mini window would've created with 1Password as the foreground application.
