Why are there 2 of each document listed in "All Categories"?

I think I figured it out. Related to multiple vaults and sharing. Since I was looking at "All items", I guess the shared (duplicates) is what I was seeing. It would be nice to be able to screen out shared items when view "all" but perhaps that's counterintuitive. In any case, I'm fine for now.
