For what it's worth, this also is failing with a brand new install in PowerShell. I'm on Win11 on a Citrix VDI. I tried to clean my session as much as possible by signing out of 1Password 8, removing the %LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password folder, uninstalling 1Password 8, and then reinstalling 1Password and the 1Password CLI via winget.
