CLI commands fail the first time after sign in
Every time I run a command like op run I get the following error. Simply running the command again usually succeeds.

Unfortunately we know this is an issue but don't currently have a solution. We are looking into it, if you are willing to generate some logs and send it to support@1password.com that would be helpful! Here are the instructions: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/
Also please include anything relevant when running your command with the --debug flag.
