Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice change email address
Hi,
Let's encrypt sends me a expiration notice 20 days before the SCIM Bridge certificates end date. Is it possible to change the email address where the expiration notice is send to?

You should be able to set the OP_LETSENCRYPT_EMAIL environment variable to the email of your choice, which should change the email those notices are sent to. Note that the email change will only go into effect after you have rebooted your SCIM bridge, and a new certificate is issued to your bridge (as this is when the email will be updated at Let's Encrypt).
If you tell me what deployment method you used to deploy the bridge, I'll be able to provide more specific instructions for you.
