Hi fadelnaser,

We are sorry for delayed response on this thread. Thank you for describing the issue you're experiencing.

Having setup with Scim bridge as you explained I would assume you have followed these guidelines:
1. Before you begin
2. Connect Okta to 1Password SCIM Bridge

The base URL used for integration config in Okta should be your scim bridge url (eg. https://newscim.yourdomain.com this is just an example). That would be dns you have configured to point at your scim bridge. Can you confirm you are able to reach your scimURL and whats the status of your Scim bridge?

Another point I would like you to confirm is state of your integration setup. Could you please navigate to your 1Password account > from sidebar go to integrations page and check the toggle switch is on besides Provisioning Users & Groups. Following that, can you retry the connection from Okta with your new bearer token.
