Service account creation missing

I deleted a service account in my 1Password settings because I needed to recreate a new one.  However after I deleted it, the entire service account section disappeared for some reason and I'm not sure why. I've logged out and back in with no change.

It used to show up to the left before Environments tab but now it's gone. Help?

    I found it 🤦‍♂️

    You need to go to the "Permissions" tab, then click on service accounts to create the service account, then the tab appears.  

    Suggestion: the service tab should always be present with an "Create new service account" action even if you have no SAs.
