winssh-pageant does not work after last update

Hi. I had been using winssh-pageant for WinSCP and Putty key authentication with the startup argument of --no-pageant-pipe (see here for example https://1password.community/discussion/129031/despit...

I found out that apparently Putty with WinSSH-Pageant cannot request authorization from 1Password for SSH key usage. When I run SSH from Windows Terminal, it asks for authorization as expected and works fine. Putty is not able to do the same. But when I run SSH from Windows Terminal first and then try Putty, it works because I have already authorized all apps via Windows Terminal.
