Navigate to https://1password.community in your browser Click “Register” in the top-right corner of the page. Enter your email and username and generate a strong, unique password (we recommend saving it in 1Password!). Select your 1Password account type and role to tailor your experience in the community. Once registered, you can post discussions, reply to others, join groups, and explore exclusive areas of the Community! Note: You must validate the email address to have your community account fully registered. Until you validate the email address via the link provided in the confirmation email, you are only partially registered.Share your feedback

How to join a group Head to the Groups Landing Page: Browse all the existing groups in the 1Password Community. Select a Group: Open Groups: Join instantly with one click—no approval needed. Closed Groups: Submit a request, and the group admin will review it. 💡 Pro Tip: Joining groups is a great way to connect with others and access group-specific discussions and events. Keeping up with the conversations and topics that matter to you is easy in the 1Password Community. You can subscribe to categories, threads, or discussions to make sure you never miss a thing. Following Categories If you’re interested in a whole topic area, subscribing to a category ensures you’ll stay updated. Navigate to the category you want to follow (e.g., Our Apps, Release Notes, Developers). Click the Bell icon at the top of the category page. Select and confirm the board you’d like to follow.Posting and replying in the community
Starting a new discussion Navigate to the category that matches your topic (e.g., Our Apps, General Discussion). Click “Start a Discussion” at the top of the page. Add a title that clearly describes your topic. Write your message, including any relevant details to help others understand your post. Tag your post – tags are required to help categorize your discussion and make it easier for others to find. 💡 Pro Tip: Be specific with your title and details, as it makes it easier for others to offer helpful advice! Replying to a discussion Scroll to the bottom of any post to find the reply box. Write your reply – whether you’re adding new insights, asking follow-up questions, or offering a solution. Post your reply to join the conversation and keep it going. Keeping the conversation flowing Ask clarifying questions if you need more information. Share your experience — someone might benefit from it. Be friendly and respectful to foster positive interactions. 💡 Pro Tip: If someone’s response helps you, don’t forget to thank them with a quick reply or by giving their post a like.Finding information in the community
