Can't log in, and I'm not getting replies to my email
Hi, I bought a standalone license for Windows. I need it to install 1p on a new system. Where can I get the license?
I've emailed support twice about this but am not getting replies (checked spam)

Thanks for writing in. I've moved your thread to our 1Password 4 for Windows forum.
It looks like you may have installed 1Password 7 instead of 1Password 4. There are no license files for 1Password 4, 1Password 4 uses a a textual license key. You can find your license key from the receipt email you got from us via either
support@agilebits.com
orsupport@1Password.com
. The license key starts with either1PWW-
,1PWB-
, orOPW4-
.You can download 1Password 4 on the bottom right of this page: https://1Password.com/downloads/
You can enter the license key in 1Password 4 Help Menu > Enter License Key.
Be sure to uninstall 1Password 7 before you install 1Password 4 if you want to keep using 1Password 4 instead, which has been discontinued from us. If you want to learn more about 1Password 7, you can read here: https://support.1password.com/upgrade-windows/

Ok, I did that and now my vault is locked and my passwords don't work. Please advise.

Are you using the same vault that you had from the other PC?
1Password 4 may default to the
Dropbox > Apps > 1Password.agilekeychain
vault when you open it up which could have a different password.You can open the other vault via File Menu > Open 1Password vault to the correct vault.
