deactivate license before format pc

I've bought the latest 1password version to my laptop with Windows 10. I'm going to reinstall the operating system from scratch. should I deactivate license of 1password before formatting the OS?

@Eden Bensal: Not Necessary. 1Password is licensed per person. So, for example, a license for 1Password for Windows version 7 entitles you to use that app on all your PCs -- and on the same one before and after rebuilding it. I hope this helps.
