Crashing after unlocking application
Since the upgrade to 7.3.657 my 1Password installation has become unusable. After I unlock, there is a delay of a few seconds and then the app crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled but the issue remains. I can see that there is an exception being thrown: System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException: External component has thrown an exception.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

After an update usually means local database troubles. Give this a try, @gorzona:
- Open (but don't unlock) 1Password and choose 1Password > Exit.
- Open Start, type
%LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password
to search and press enter. - In this folder, rename the
data
folder todata-backup
.
4, Open 1Password 7 and open your standalone vault(s) again.
Make sure you know their location on Dropbox or your filesystem so you're ready to open them up again. And, of course, if you have any questions or need help along the way, please feel free to ask -- I'm happy to lend a hand. 🙂
Let me know if this gets things working for you again. 👍

I have just tried that and I still have the same issue. I can see the items once I unlock and then it crashes again.

Hi @gorzona,
This is quite strange. Could you please try to reproduce the crash, create a crash report, and send it to support+windows@agilebits.com? This report will be very helpful. Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
