Transfering Passwords

I wanted to transfer my passwords from my old 1password account to my new one but If I do it as shown in your video it won't pass me on after signing in

Thanks for writing in.

Which video are you referring to? It sounds like the one related to transferring an old standalone vault to a 1Password account.

In this case, you can select All Items in your old account on the sidebar and then right-click the item list to share the items by moving them to your other account.

This guide helps our customers to migrate their existing data from a local vault to their new 1Password account. If you have two different 1Password accounts, the process will be different.
