Cannot bypass the attached window to open 1Password1 for the first time
One week later. No resolution yet.
I downloaded and opened 1password1 from the AgileBits website on my new PC. Instead of being able to manually import a .pif file from my existing 1Password1 app on either an older PC and MAC, I am forced into the attached web-based login-in window. We do not use dropbox
Do I need to pay for an upgrade?
Do I need to buy a subscription?
I just want to open 1Password1 on my new PC and manually import a .pif on a USB mini drive, like I do for my older PC. Kate's approach is far too technical.

I am now being told that I have to have a subscription. I'd prefer not to have my passwords on your server.
