Chrome Extension Stopped Working with 1Password 4 for Windows

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hello - I purchased a license for 1Password 4 for Windows (I don't have the monthly plan so I never upgraded to 7). Today my browser extension stopped working - when I click on it, nothing happens. Is there something I can do to fix it aside from purchasing and upgrading to 7?

Extension Version: 4.7.3.90
OS Version: Windows 10 V1803
Sync Type: Dropbox

    Just an update - I tried switching to Firefox V 65.0.1 and the extension button is greyed out there - so it seems that browser isn't working either.

    We may have the same issue. I too use 1Password4 for Windows, mainly with Chrome Browser but also IE. Mine stopped working today also.

    I moved this post to 1Password 4 category, I hope you don't mind.

    1Password 4 for Windows is discontinued and it will not work with the latest version of Chrome 72. Please see this reply of mine for more information about this situation and possible options.
