US Airways login not saving or working

I can't get the login to work from a previously saved login here:

https://membership.usairways.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=http:%2f%2fwww.usairways.com%2fdefault.aspx

I also cannot get it to add a new login by pressing the + button in the Chrome extension with my login information typed onto the page.

Is there a way to get this fixed?

I am using 64-Bit Windows 7 with the Google Chrome extension v.3.8.9.38999.

The extension is virtually identical across Safari and Chrome, but manually saving a Login on the US Airways site works in Safari but not in Chrome. I'll pass this along to the developers. Seems like a problem with Chrome itself.

In the meantime, try saving the Login in Safari which should work. Then you can use the Login you saved in Safari to fill in Chrome.
  • I had the same problem, also, as Howard Roark . However, when I saved the USAirways login credentials in Safari, I still had the same problem trying to reference those credentials in Chrome. When I click on the 1Password icon in Chrome, and select the USAirways membership, the values are not copied into the web page.

    See https://membership.usairways.com/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=http:%2f%2fwww.usairways.com%2fdefault.aspx

Welcome to the forums, gfairbanks! I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists in Chrome. I'll mention this again to the developers to see if it is something we can fix on our end or if it needs to be fixed in Chrome itself. It is working well in every other browser in our testing. :S
