I upgraded from password4 to the latest version (on Windows). now it is asking for a secret key

I had purchased one password for version 4.6.2.626 a few years back. I never setup a membership account before. I just created a membership will I be given an emergency kit? If not, what is the best way for me to proceed with my upgrade?

    You should be prompted to download your Emergency Kit, which includes your Secret Key, in the process of setting up your 1Password account, @bmurante. Have you gone through that whole process – e-mail confirmation and all – without seeing a prompt to save your Emergency Kit?
