Where do I find Preferences
I am trying to change my 1Password location form 1Password to dropbox. From what I have read I need to go to preferences to change this however I can't seem to find this on Windows 10?

It sounds like you're looking at how to enable Dropbox sync in 1Password 4. 1Password 7 works rather differently. If you'd like to switch to syncing via Dropbox in 1Password 7, you can find instructions to do here:

As an FYI, if you switch to using a standalone vault synced via Dropbox, you will no longer have access to the many of the features of your 1Password membership, including access in your browser and automatic sync, so you will need to reconfigure your other devices to sync to Dropbox as well. You'll also need to purchase a standalone license to continue using 1Password without your 1Password account.
