@mtissington: There isn't actually a separate version. And it's not something we promote because it's not what most people want, as 1Password memberships include all of the apps and updates, and a lot of other benefits. But you can find info on licenses in the announcements detailing what's new:

@nataliasantana01: A "standalone" license can be purchased from within the app when it's setup with only a local vault. They're discounted currently about 22% off the regular price.

@nataliasantana01: Pricing varies based on the currency you're paying in, but you can check it in the app before completing the purchase (and change the currency if the store guesses incorrectly). I don't know how long the promotional price will be available.
