Documents not downloading

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I have several small PDFs and scans saved in Documents in 1Password. When I try to re-download them, after proceeding through the save dialogue, nothing happens, and the files are nowhere to be found.

Currently, no outages seem to be showing up on https://1password.statuspage.io - am I missing something?

    @JonathanLeung: They may not have competed uploading in the first place. If you view the items on 1Password.com in your web browser, are you able to download the files there?
