    Hi @ronen,

If you don't need them anymore, or if you already have a Login item for these, you are free to remove them from the Passwords category :) They will remain in the 1Password trash anyway, in case you wanted to recover them.

    Thanks !
Any other data to remove like these ? ( Like screen shots ) ?

Meaning : I think its duplicate items ( passwords in loggings and screen shots )

@ronen: what to do with Document items is completely up to you :) These too will remain in the trash though, so you can remove them and recover them again should you need to.

My basic question is : If the Documents and passwords are in the logins itself - they appear also in the password folder and regarding screen shots , they appear also in logins and in Documents so both are Duplicate items and I only need one , did I understand correctly ?

@ronen: Ah I see what you mean now!

Passwords and Documents behave differently in this case. If you already have a Login item that uses a specific password, you can remove that password from the Passwords category, there is no need to keep both copies around. Even after deleting it, your Login item will not be changed.

If your login item is linking to a Document item, however, you should leave the document where it is. If you remove it from the category, the link will be removed from the Login item, because the screenshot in your example is not stored inside the Login item, but it's separate.

    I hope this helps!

    Thanks
    Now I understand !
maybe in the future you can move automatically old / unused Passwords to Trash instead of a Password Folder ,
Because after a search I don't need any old passwords to find ....

@ronen: if you use the password generator when you sign up for a website, and then save the Login in 1Password when the 1Password popup appears to save a new login item, 1Password should now be smart enough to create your login item, and automatically move the duplicate password to the trash ;)
