1Password extension greyed out on Chrome & MS Edge browsers, does not respond when clicked. right click to access menu does work though. Please help me to figure out what I am doing wrong. Thanks!!

I am running 1Password for Windows Version 4.6.2.626 and when clicked check for newer version, it says i'm running the latest version of 1Password.
Windows 10 OS 1809. OS build 17763.592.
Chrome & MS Edge latest versions.

Cannot find customer support phone number for 1Password. 👎.

    On the Chrome front, I'll refer you to my post here that discusses more in depth what happened with 1Password 4 and Chrome. As for Edge, that extension is only supported by 1Password 7 and has never worked with 1Password 4. In short, these are both expected behavior with 1Password 4, but as you'll see in the linked post, you do have some options. :+1:
