Synch the passwords on my iPhone with the passwords on my IMac

I used 1Password on my iPhone today for the first time in a while and found that the 1Password data on the iPhone was outdated. How do I go about copying/overwriting the iPhone 1Password data with the 1Password data from my iMac?

What is the sync method that you are currently using to sync your data?

None that I know of so I may have used the wrong word when I said "synch"; all I want is that the data on my iPhone be the same as the data on my iMac.

@martinliss: if you have a 1Password Membership, all you need to do is add your 1Password account to both devices, and data will sync automatically ;)
