1Password Extension stop working on Firefox

Hi, I have experience some issues with the firefox extension of 1password, when I install (from the desktop application) sometimes it works 2 hours and other pass 15 days and stop working and then I need to reinstall again, and for the chrome extension It never works on my computer again.

The current version I use are these:

1Password version 4.6.2.626
1Password Extension 4.7.5.90
Firefox 68.0.1
Chrome Version 75.0.3770.142

1Password Version: 4.6.2.626
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: Windows 8
Sync Type: Not Provided

    1Password 4 is no longer expected to work with Chrome, @Cpadilla. You can find more information about that in this post covering legacy support information for 1Password 4.

    As for Firefox, my first recommendation is always the same – make sure Native Messaging is enabled:

    1. Open and unlock 1Password.
    2. Choose Help > Advanced and make sure Use Native Messaging Protocol is checked.
    3. If it's not, check it, restart Firefox, and try again.
