Application stopped working on Win10, hangs flickering at starup screen

1password suddenly doesn't work anymore. It hangs at the startup screen, flickering. Windows Home 10. Re-install did not help.

Hi @ratlan,

It looks very strange!

Could you please try rebooting into Safe Mode with Networking and see how 1Password behaves in there? Does the issue remain?
