Chrome extension not working

I have re-installed 1Password multiple times, including after uninstalling, and removing all references to 1Password under c:\programdata\1password and c:\users\useraccount\appdata\local\1password. I have also re-installed Chrome, and of course made sure it's up to date, and re-installed the 1Password extension, and regardless, the extension doesn't work.

I've confirmed 1Password works, and it's running in the windows tray.

This is happening on over a dozen endpoints I manage. Ideas?

Can you please let us know what version of the Chrome browser this is happening with?

Hello @ag_ana,

I'm seeing this happen consistently among many endpoints on Chrome 76.0.3809.132, and 76.0.3809.100.

I was able to replicate this on a brand new HP, no other applications installed other than Chrome and 1Password.

As a workaround, yes, I can use 1PasswordX in Chrome, but then that extension doesn't support Windows Hello. :(

Please tell us if you have any kind of AV/anti-malware software on this computer? If you do, try to disable it temporarily and check if the issue remains.
