Secret key not working after reinstalling windows

My Secret Key is not working on my laptop after reinstalling windows and installing the latest 7.3.712 version. Before I used the 6.6.439 version.
I am unable to Sign in on the web www.1password.com. My initial individual membership expired in 2018, but I continued to use 1password and later decided to pay for another year. I have left a support case [#ZLC-46727-745] but not received any answer yet.
Any help is much appreciated
