Logins appear in browser plug-in but not in app

I just installed the 1Password trial on Windows 7 Pro 64bit and imported all my passwords into Firefox via the option in the plug-in (plus created some new ones and updated others using the generator). However, none of the logins, imported or otherwise, appear in the app itself. The Logins category is empty. (The other options only have items that I created in-app.)

The way I understood it, I could use the app to "manage" the passwords I imported. Is this not the case? Is there a lag between the times passwords are imported and when they appear in the app? Do I have to log out or reboot for the app to update? (if so, I did that and it didn't work.)

I don't see any option in the app to manually resync with the plug-in.

    It sound like the Helper is being blocked by something on your system. Please try all the steps in our troubleshooting guide:

    Are you behind a proxy server or firewall?

    Pay special attention to step 7 which contains instructions for configuring problematic antivirus/malware software to work with 1Password:

    If you're still having trouble, could you please send us your Diagnostics Report? Select Help > Diagnostics Report > Export to File from the menu bar in 1Password. Then attach the report to a private support ticket:
