faster tagging?

Per the other conversation I am giving 1p a shot again, and I've decided at this point i'd rather use tags than folders...
I imported from a 1p interchange file, and I am auditing old data, bad passwords, etc.
I see I can edit with command + e - is there a keyboard shortcut I'm missing to tag quickly? I would make my own in os x, but I may be missing the menu item too?
I understand how the tags work, but as I am editing things, I'd really like a fast way to tag.
Thanks for any help.

It also seems tags don't export properly to txt.0

Hey h00oligan,
Tags are included in a [plain text] 1Password Interchange Format (1PIF) export as well as import.
Although there is no mass editor in 1Password, once you have created a tag (using the ⌘E shortcut and then tabbing to the tags field) you can drag multiple items to a tag in the sidebar to tag all of them at once.
Let me know if that helps.
