1password disappears on Safari - how to get it back?

Hi,

i am using 1password 6.8.9 at the moment on Mac 10.14.6 and Safari 13.0.2 and I don't see the extension anymore. I bought 1password mobile and also for Mac the other day and I would like to use is on Safari again.

Any idea?
