How do I get all my versions to talk?
I have the following versions:
Windows 10 4.6.2.626
iOS 13 7.4.2
iPad OS 7.4.2
What do I need to upgrade to get all of the versions to talk to each other and sync across the PC and iOS devices?
Also, I think it is trying to sync (or at least it used to) through dropbox, though it probably would be better elsewhere. Thoughts on moving the sync/backup location?

The easiest way to sync your devices is through a 1Password Membership, which has automatic sync built-in. Because a Membership also includes the latest version of the 1Password apps on every platform, you will also be able to upgrade from 1Password 4 to 1Password 7 on your Windows device ;)
