Hello,

It seems something is broken with the Firefox extension on Windows. I can see the icon, extension installs without problems. Just can't click it. Nothing happens.

Using most current Firefox (70.0.1 (64-bit)), most current application and extension version.

I worked without problems, until today. Must have been a firefox or extension update. Chrome extension is still working.

Reinstalled Firefox, 1 Password and extension with multiple reboots, no luck.

Firefox extension debugging reveals this warning:

Any ideas?

best regards,
Philip

@pkKCON: That extension hasn't been updated in a long while, and it cannot nuke itself the way it appears to have been there. :) If you're not doing it, something no your system is, so it would be good to figure out what that is and deal with it appropriately -- likely with fire. But you may be able to work around whatever it is temporarily by removing the damaged extension, downloading a new one in another browser, and dragging it to Firefox:

This kind of problem is most common with "security" software that messes with the browser, its files, and/or ability to securely install extensions. However, another thing I see with Firefox regularly is a damaged profile, so it may be worth creating a clean one:

Let me know how it goes. :)
