Error ID: opw-db-10.3 when trying to install 1Password 7 from 1Password 4
I recently decided to upgrade from 1PW4 and my local vault to my frozen 1PW.com account and subscribed into a Family plan for the year. However, I am having problems installing 1Password 7 on my Windows 10 machine. Running the installer gives me the following error message:
Your 1Password data is not compatible with this 1Password version. Error ID: opw-db-10.3.
What should I do to install the desktop client? And are there any other things I should be aware of in moving from 1PW4 and a personal cloud-saved vault back to the new system?

Thank you for getting in touch! Is it possible that you installed a previous version of 1Password 6 or 1Password 7 before? It would explain the error that you see now. Please try to do the following to install 1Password 7:
1) Uninstall 1Password 6 or 1Password 7 from your PC, if you see it in installed apps.
2) Open Start menu, type
%LOCALAPPDATA%\there and press Enter.3) Open 1Password folder there.
4) Rename data folder to "backup-data".
5) Reboot your PC.
6) Run 1Password 7 installer and check if the issue remains.
