Entry doesn't appear in dropdown

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I'm at a site for which I have a login; I went to 1P and the URL is listed there (I have a screen capture ) however it's grayed out...what's going on? Thanks

    yes here i didn't see the attachment icon before

    Thank you for the screenshot. Only URLs included in the website field are clickable. The first example of the screenshot shows that you stored the URL as a field label, which will not work. No field label is clickable (you can see the same behavior with the website and tags entries, which are also labels).
