Annoying "upgrade to PW7" popup

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Every time I start my browser I get the annoying upgrade popup. How do I remove it? I am happy with version 6.8.9 and do not wish to upgrade to version 7.

    Thank you @tofu4brains. Can you please try quitting 1Password completely (right-click on 1Password mini in the menu bar at the top right of your screen > Quit 1Password Completely), and then relaunch 1Password? This should be enough to make the popup disappear.
