Is it possible to shorten our CompanyName.1password.com url?

When initially signing up for 1password, we failed to realize that our custom url would be so long. Can we shorten it or do we need to recreate our account?

    You should be able to use my.1password.com in most cases if your custom URL is too long. If that isn't a viable solution for you I'd recommend reaching out to our team at business@1password.com to see what other options may exist.
