Browser error - The XML file does not appear...

When I try to launch SunTrust account via the 1PW vault (WIN 7) - https://www.suntrust.com, the following browser error is generated (on a blank white page): "The XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." Then the following:


AccessDenied
Access Denied
...
...

NOTE 1: Tried adding the browser extension (Chrome), then removed it, and the above error is the same. Cleared cache, re-booted, tried again, same error...

NOTE 2: My MAC (1PW v6) logged in via the vault as expected using the same SunTrust credentials without errors.

Would appreciate any feedback on what to do!

    First of all, could you please specify the website URL that you have in your SunTrust Login item? Does it look like the screenshot below or do you use https://login.onlinebanking.suntrust.com/olb/login as your sign-in address?

    Yes, it's just the SunTrust.com (Main URL) - there didn't appear to be a separate login page.
