Unsecured Websites requires manual edit?

I'm using the latest 1Password app for Windows. I do not see a button to automatically fix all (or a single) websites. All I see is a red banner and the only thing I can do is manually edit the website. I have 318 unsecured websites. Is there not an automated process for this? Is there plans for one?

    Hi @alamarco,

Thank you for getting in touch!

There is no special button for it yet, but in the future we want to add one. Right now, we have such button in 1Password 7 for Mac:

And we want to make this experience more consistent across platforms. I apologise for this inconvenience at the moment.

Is there a particular reason why you have so many http websites? Have you migrated your data?

    Thanks!

Thanks for the information. I'm glad it's in the plans as there's absolutely no way I'm manually editing 300 plus.

  • I don't think anyone would, @alamarco – that would be a bit too many Ctrl + Es for me too. We are working on it, though, and in the meantime following the rule to use https whenever possible will ensure you're not filling on http sites as the banner suggests. :+1:
