Our only owner left our company; how should we remove him / promote someone else to owner?

Hey 1Password Support!
We recently had our one and only 1Password owner leave our company.
Unfortunately, since he was the only owner, we're currently unable to remove his access.
How should we go about revoking access for our current owner, and adding owner access to another user?
