This is nuts... I have now spent more than 2 hours trying to get this work with safari and chrome. The extension does not recognize ANY web logins: it doesn't offer to save any name/password combos in either browser... I've updated everything and reinstalled twice.

    I'm canceling this service immediately.

Nope... none of this worked. The software/ext is not recognizing ANY logons on any sites... I've updated everything and reinstalled twice. The extension and app are running, but it refuses to recognize a logon page and never asks to save a logon/password.

I've wasted 2+ hours of my life with this software: simply terrible.

Hi @jekibe! Welcome to the forum!

I have grouped both comments you left in the two discussions so we have all the information in one single place ;)

Can you please let us know version of the 1Password browser extension you currently have installed in your Safari and Chrome browsers respectively?

Also, since 1Password is not prompting you to save logins anywhere, and this also happens in multiple browsers, my suspicion is that the issue is somewhere in the main app rather than in the browser extensions. If you open 1Password 7 on your Mac (the desktop app) and go to Preferences > Browsers tab, is the option named Detect new usernames and passwords and offer to save them enabled?
