Installation does not work properly

in 1Password 7 for Windows

Hello! Iam trying to install the 1Password App on a Windows 10 Notebook. The Installation runs without problems, the tray icon is there and 1Password asks me to sign in. After the next reboot 1Password disappears. No tray icon, no new folder in programs etc...

What iam doing wrong? I did the installation with administrative privileges.

    Hi @schulzdeha,

    Sorry for the troubles!

    Could you please provide more information about your PC? Is it your work computer? Also, have you tried to install 1Password 7 for Windows normally for your user without running it as an admin?

    While we are figuring it all out, you can install 1Password X in Chrome or Firefox on this Windows PC. It works entirely in your browser and doesn't need 1Password 7 for Windows to connect to.

    Hello Greg, thanks for your reply. After the third attempt, it worked! The 1Password App is now installed correctly. Thanks for the hint with 1Password X.
