how do I make another entry into my 1password account

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I have a new account i need to enter to my passwords list. I click on the "X" at the top and before it would allow me to enter something and now it presents an alphabetized list of the type of account it might be. I want to put it into the list by the actual name of the account. Very frustrated, Rosemary Raymond

    Hi @rocakelady76,

    I am sorry for the frustration!

    Could you please specify what device are you trying to create a Login item on? I am asking you this, because in order to create a Login account in 1Password 7 for Windows, you will need to press "+" and then select Login. Like this:

    After that, you will be able to edit the details of your item: title, username, password, URL. Do you see something different? Please let me know. Thanks! :+1:
