Cannot install 1password on windows 8.1

Hi, when i try to install, i get this error

I installed the .NET framework and restarted, as advised here. When i try to reinstall 1password i get the same problem.
Im using windows 8.1, and 1password setup 7.2.617

Hey there!

So the thread you found is a great start, but it's also extremely dated. 😮

Can you make sure you install the latest version of 1Password (7.3.712) as well as the latest .NET 4.8 Framework Runtime?
